Dr Sheryl Timol is a compassionate, knowledgeable caring professional who is a great asset to this community. I’m grateful for her excellent prenatal care. The office staff needs to follow her example and do better

Go ANYWHERE else. Worst experience for my first pregnancy. They will have you wait hours, don’t answer the phone, and doctor won’t even be there for your appointment. This is not a normal provider.

Called to ask if they TOLAC and I wasn’t given a proper response. The front desk isn’t properly trained to answer simple questions. I know TOLACS vary from patient to patient but my question was if this facility supports them as in do they have drs who do Vbacs. I kept being placed on hold until they picked up the phone and I heard someone in the back say “just hang up on her” so they did I called back to cancel a future appointment but they didn’t answer anymore. This is extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t make me feel safe to have them as my doctor. I could see why they have such poor reviews.

In these challenging times, finding a doctor who genuinely cares can feel like a miracle. From the moment I walked into Sammy office, I felt heard and understood. Sammy took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything in great detail. Her dedication to her patients is evident ,It’s clear she’s in this profession for all the right reasons. She is a true gem in the medical field!

I was pleased with care when I was visiting for my first pregnancy in 2024 however I have been trying to reach the front office to make a 10 week appointment for the last three weeks. Everytime I call the extension for appointments it just goes to voicemail. I've left multiple and not received a callback. If I try to reach the "nurse line" by pressing one just to get on the phone with someone in the building I get put on hold and no one ever returns to the call. This service is unacceptable. I'm becoming extremely frustrated and I have super basic insurance that makes it difficult to find a different OB that is accepting new patients. In their hold message they say they are available for assistance 24 hours a day. That's BS lol y'all ain't even available during open hours.

This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to, they don’t answer the phone when you call no one ever gets back to you if you leave a message. I’ve attempted to have a referral sent 4 times for over 2 months and they continue to send it to the wrong place. They won’t do any of the prenatal care that needs to be done but than don’t send referrals. Absolutely ridiculous.

The medical staff is nice; but the front office is basically unreachable. I’ll call 3-5 times, leave voicemails and still nobody would get back to me. Yes I know it takes 24-48 hours but they still don’t get back past that time. They schedule you without telling you if you can do the date. The front staff always has an attitude even for something simple as an appointment change they make it sound like you’re doing too much. Honestly as an OB office you would expect staff to be a bit more empathetic and sincere during a vulnerable time when pregnant. My appointments have constantly been changed because my OB isn’t there. I honestly have reached to the point where I no longer want to go to any of my appointments and I’m 38 weeks pregnant.
